Why use the Qwik-Fill Battery Maintenance System?
Water level in lead acid
batteries must be checked on a regular basis - a minimum of every 4
to 6 weeks; more in some climates. Improper water level will shorten
battery life and result in poor performance of batteries, trolling
motors, and battery chargers.
The Qwik-Fill On-board Battery Watering System
provides the most convenient and accurate means of filling and
maintaining proper battery water level. Hard to reach batteries are
just as easy to fill as batteries on a workbench. Several batteries
can be safely and simultaneously filled from a remote position
without ever having to touch a battery or remove a cap. Qwik-Fill's
automatic control valves ensure each cell is closed when the precise
level is reached. Qwik-Fill fits all group size 24 and 27 and most
29 through 31 lead acid batteries.

Join manifold assemblies
together using the appropriate tube segment for your battery
group size. |
Remove the vent covers and
install manifolds assemblies into each battery. |

Connect batteries together with
1/4" tubing. |
Install water supply tube (a) to
one barb and a red cap (b) to the remaining barb. |

Connect the bulb pump to the
fill line and Insert the other end into your container of
distilled water. |
Begin pumping the squeeze bulb
until it feels rigid. Your batteries are now filled to the
proper level. |
